Scheduled Chat: Automate Your Routine Tasks with AI
Why We Built Scheduled Chat
As creators, we're always looking for ways to improve our efficiency with AI and automate our workflows. That's just who we are - we see repetitive tasks and think "there has to be a better way."
When OpenAI launched their Operator feature, I was excited at first. But the more I looked at it, the more I realized its limitations were pretty frustrating:
- You can only use OpenAI's models (what if I prefer Claude for analysis?)
- No tool integration beyond basic web browsing
- Can't have conversations with AI agents
- Limited to one task at a time (At least for my ChatGPT Plus account)
Introducing Scheduled Chat
That's why we're excited to introduce Scheduled Chat - our take on what AI automation should actually look like. We built it to help creators like us automate the daily tedious work that eats up our time.
How Scheduled Chat Stands Out?
Compared to OpenAI's Operator, ConsoleX AI's Scheduled Chat offers some serious advantages:
- Works with ANY model - OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, local models, whatever you prefer
- 300+ tools at your disposal - APIs, databases, MCP servers, and more
- Agent conversations - not just models, but full AI agents with their own capabilities
- Up to 10 simultaneous scheduled conversations

Ready to Automate Your Workflow?
If you're tired of doing the same tasks over and over, this might be the solution you've been waiting for.
Quick start tip: Begin with one simple automation - maybe a daily news summary or project status check. Once you see how it works, you'll probably think of five more use cases.
The goal isn't to replace human creativity. It's to handle the routine stuff so you can focus on what actually matters.
